Out of the House

Tonight I GET TO go to work. I'm quite happy that I will be substituting for my friend tonight. Why? Because, this has been a really cranky Monday. The cold front that has moved through brought not only rainy weather but rainy behaviors in my children! It has been a battle all day long. After the long week last week, I am worn down and tired especially of whining. Have I ever mentioned that I absolutely hate whining?!

So, with a smile on my face. I will kiss the children goodnight as I leave the house at a little before 6 p.m. and go spend some time with people who are over the age of 8! I hope to come back refreshed and ready for battle tomorrow.... 

And by the way, my dear husband was hassling me about the behaviors of the children when he got home from work and I told him that he'd better be careful. I have the credit card. I know how to use it. And I have lots of friends in various locations who I would love to visit....!  ;) Anyone want company?
